With all orders via Internet from
ATOHR Bridge Software we need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment data to fulfil your order and keep you in the picture of this.
With your permission only, we use your data to inform you about the development of the website and about special offers and actions. If you do not appreciate this longer, you can tell us by sending an e-mail to

Appropriate rights.
With agreements with business customers, legal persons of the public right or public law special ability, all juridical differences arise from this business relation, included differences about rates of exchange and cheques, are subjected to the jurisdiction of the court of law in Roermond.
These conditions apply to all deliveries and services from ATOHR Bridge Software with the executions of the orders. Different and/or supplementary agreements has to be confirmed explicit written by ATOHR Bridge Software.
This is also in force apart from the demand of written confirmation.
Countermand right. In the Netherlands there is a legal recorded sight period of 7 working days. Within this period you can cancel the order without give any reasons. You can do this by writing (an e-mail message to
sendback@atohr.com will do) or by sending back the products (at our risk).

Take care the parcel is stamped sufficient to prevent surcharge. The Porto costs that you make are compensated. If the products are damaged or used, you will be charged for the legal established amount. You can prevent this if you test the products exclusive like you would do in a shop, and return it unused and in the original packing. The costs for sending back are for our account if you ordered for more than € 50,00.
Return sending’s.
The software can not be returned if the sealing of the delivered media is broken by you.
Guarantee regulations.
The guarantee is laid down by the appropriate law, taking into account of failures, the products will be exchanged or repaired. If a product can not be repaired or the exchanged product also has failures, you can return the products with restitution of the full purchase money. It is also possible that you keep the products with restitution of a part of the purchase money.
Sale conditions.
You can look to our General Conditions on any moment on our website. Because of the security you can not ask for data of your order via Internet. Completion of the agreement. After you introduced your personal data and clicked SEND, you have a concluded agreement to order the product concerned. When we send your order, you receive confirmation message. The sale agreement is completed as soon as we confirm the delivery or deliver the products. |
